We offer free shipping to all countries.
The standard processing time for orders is 1-5 business days. After orders are processed, delivery time within the EU, United States and Australia are typically 6-20 business days.
Products may be sent separately as shipped from different warehouses. You will receive a tracking number for each package.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
Please note that for most items the return window is 30 days after delivery.
We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will be required.
To return the purchase do not send it back to the manufacturer.
Return the package by using your local Post Office and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. Please note, that returns will be made at your own cost. Pay the postage fee and mail it to the following address:

Refunds (if applicable)
On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll issue a refund to your original method of payment.
The refund may take up to 14 days to show on your bank statement (how long depends on your card issuer).
We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your return arrives and again when we have processed your refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Products that are defective or damaged upon arrival may be applicable for an exchange. If you'd like to exchange it for the same item please contact us at email@example.com.
